How the 5 spots work
From the postcard to your 3D reveal
- You book a 10-minute call with David, our operations coordinator. He asks three questions. You ask anything.
- If it fits, Jose, the owner, comes to you. You talk at your kitchen table, then walk outside together and survey what you want. Nothing gets drawn until you both agree on the number.
- 14 days later, you see your yard in 3D and the final price, to the penny.
- If you love it, we build it at that price. If we don’t build it, you owe us nothing, and the plan stays with us.

Questions people ask
- Is the design really $0?
- It’s $7,500 of real work: our designer, our estimator, and our senior project manager, the site visit, the planning meetings, the 3D model, and pricing every line item. We’re fronting it for five projects this fall because we build most of what we design. If we build yours, the plan is part of the project. If we don’t, you owe nothing.
- Why the $50,000 minimum?
- Two weeks of our design, estimating, and project management team only makes sense on a full transformation. Under that, the plan would cost more than it should for the project. We still take smaller projects, through our standard paid design.
- What if the price comes in higher than my budget?
- It won’t surprise you. We agree on a target budget at the site visit and design to that number. The reveal shows the price to the penny. If we miss, that’s on us.
- What’s the catch?
- You have to qualify, and there are five spots. That’s it. No deposit, no fee, no contract until you’ve seen the design and the price.
- Do we both need to be there?
- Yes. The budget and the price are decisions you make together, and we’d rather do it once and do it right.
