A raised bar on the guest side so people can sit with the cook. The most used feature we build.
Full outdoor kitchen
Grill, smoker, fridge, sink, trash pullout, pizza oven if you want it. A complete kitchen under a structure.
How we build it
An outdoor kitchen is a small building project. We treat it like one.
Layout and appliance plan
We pick the spot, map the work triangle, and lock in appliance sizes so the cutouts are right the first time.
Footing and base
The kitchen sits on a patio or footing built to carry the weight without settling.
Frame and utilities
Masonry or steel frame goes up with gas, electrical and water run by licensed trades where needed.
Counters and finish
Granite or concrete counters, stone or stucco faces, and proper venting for the grill enclosure.
Appliances and lighting
Appliances set, lighting installed, everything tested before we hand it over.

What an outdoor kitchen costs in Wichita
Appliances are a big share of the number, and quality varies a lot. We will show you where the money goes before you decide.
A grill station with counters and storage starts near $15,000. An L shaped kitchen with sink and bar seating runs $25,000 to $40,000. Full kitchens with a structure overhead go higher. Appliances are quoted separately so you can see them.
Every yard is different. The consultation gives you a real number for your property, not a guess.
Questions homeowners ask us
Do I need a gas line?
Natural gas is the most convenient. If you do not have a line nearby we can plan for propane or run gas with a licensed plumber.
Will the counters survive Kansas winters?
Granite and properly sealed concrete do. We avoid tile tops, which crack with freeze and thaw.
Can you add a kitchen to my existing patio?
If the patio base can carry the weight and the layout works, yes. Often we extend or rebuild part of the patio to get the kitchen in the right spot.
How long does it take?
Two to four weeks on site for most kitchens once materials and appliances arrive.
Do you build the cover or pergola too?
Yes. Shade structures are part of what we design, and planning them together saves money.
